The InteRussia team is launching a call for applications for the InteRussia fellowship for non-Russian doctors.
The programme includes introduction to the process of the treatment and diagnostic at leading Russian healthcare institutions, which use the cutting-edge high-tech treatment methods. It will allow non-Russian doctors not only to gain practical experience in leading Russian clinics, but also to take part in research activities.
The fellowship will be held at the Sechenov University in the following fields::
neurology;
pharmacy;
robot-assisted surgery in urology;
minimally invasive coloproctology;
dentistry;
integrative medicine.
The programme is to take place from May 19 to June 1, 2025.
Location: Moscow, Russia.
Working language: English.
Eligibility
Candidates who meet the following requirements at the close of the application process are welcome to participate:
age 25-35;
degree in relevant studies;
status of a professionals in medicine or pharmacy at a non-Russian medical organisation;
non-Russian nationals;
professional command of English (at least B2 level).
Applicants for the fellowship will be selected on a competitive basis.
The selection criteria:
candidate’s professional background;
quality of papers published by a candidate;
results of the interview (online).
How to participate?
Sign up on theEnglish version of the Gorchakov Fund’s website. If you did not receive a registration verification email, check your spam folder.
Navigate to the “My Projects” section, click on the “Create application” button, select the “InteRussia Medicine 2025” contest and hit “Yes”.
Fill in all mandatory fields.
Click on the “Submit” button in the “Apply” section and wait for the status to change from “Preparing” to “Submitted”.

Terms of participation:
The organisers will cover the following costs:
travel expenses to/from Moscow;
double accommodation;
visa support;
a scholarship of RUB 30,000 for the entire duration of the two-week fellowship.
The following costs are borne by the participants:
medical insurance;
meals.
The deadline for applications is March 30, 23:59 Moscow time. All the candidates will be informed about the results via email.
The InteRussia program in medicine is implemented by the Mezhdunarodniki Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation in cooperation with the Gorchakov Fund and Sechenov University, with the grant support from the Presidential Grants Foundation.
