Permanent residence outside Russia
Age between 25 and 39
Proficiency in English (C1 and above)
Submission of a research proposal
PhD degree or at least 3 years of working experience at academic institutions/think tanks or PhD studies in progress
No prior participation in the programme
Absence of any employment/previous enrollment in academic programs/other relations with MGIMO University
Participants are selected on a competitive basis.
