The InteRussia team announces a call for applications to join the InteRussia fellowship for non-Russian specialists in nuclear technologies.
The InteRussia fellowship, implemented with the support of Rosatom, is designed to provide participants with an introduction to major Russian nuclear technologies and their applications across various sectors, such as energy production, medicine, and agriculture. In addition to technological insights, the program covers essential economic factors related to nuclear power utilization, along with strategic planning for nuclear energy development. Participants will also gain hands-on experience through technical tours to leading enterprises within Russia's atomic energy sector, complemented by interactive sessions with industry professionals who have extensive expertise in these areas.
The program will take place from November 17 to December 15, 2025.
Location: Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, and Obninsk, Russia.
Working language: English.
Topic of the program: "Nuclear Technologies for Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals."
Eligibility
In order to take part in the selection, applicants must meet the following requirements at the close of the application process,
non-Russian citizenship, residence outside of Russia;
age between 21 and 40;
relevant education and work experience in nuclear technologies;
proficiency in English (B2 level and above).
Participants will be selected on a competitive basis.

Sign up on the English version of the Gorchakov Fund’s website. If you did not receive a registration verification email, check your spam folder.
Go to the "My Projects" section, click on "Create application", select "InteRussia Nuclear Technologies 2025" and click "Yes."
Fill in all the mandatory sections of the application form.
Click "Submit" in the "Apply" section and wait for the status to change from "Preparing" to "Submitted."
The organizers will cover:
travel from a place of residence to the venue of the program and back;
accommodation in double rooms;
visa support;
one-time scholarship of RUB 30,000 for the whole duration of the fellowship.
The participants must pay for:
medical insurance;
meals during the fellowship.
The deadline for applications is August 31, 11:59 p.m. Moscow time (UTC +3). The results of the competitive selection will be sent to all candidates via email.
The InteRussia fellowship program in nuclear technologies is implemented by the Mezhdunarodniki Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation in cooperation with the Gorchakov Fund, with grant support from the Presidential Grants Foundation. The main partner on the part of the Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation is the Rosatom Technical Academy within the framework of the "Train-the-Trainers" project.
