About programme
Fellowship programme for specialists in energy sector from countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Lectures and seminars will be complemented by visits to government agencies, industrial enterprises and major energy infrastructure facilities, which will make an important part of the programme. These include the Russian Ministry of Energy, the Department of Transport of the Moscow Government, facilities of PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC Rosseti, PJSC Transneft, Severnaya compressor plant, PJSC Gazprom, and Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation.

Eligibility
  • Citizenship of one of the countries of Latin America, residence outside of the Russian Federation
  • Age between 21 and 40
  • Relevant degree and work experience in the field of economics, management and technology in the energy sector
  • No academic or employment affiliation with Russian educational institutions or employers at the time of application (candidates must not be enrolled in Russian educational institutions or employed by Russian organizations)
  • Professional proficiency in English (a minimum of B2 level)
About programme
The InteRussia fellowship offers young non-Russian specialists in the electric power industry the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and learn about Russian approaches to the energy sector. Participants will visit government institutions and industrial enterprises, meet with leading experts and executives from electric industry companies, as well as relevant ministries and agencies, and exchange experiences with colleagues from around the world.

The InteRussia fellows will take part in the ENERGOPROM International Electric Power Forum — 2026, the leading industry platform in the field of electric power, contributing to the solution of urgent tasks of the industry development, as well as the implementation of the Energy Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2050, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation.

About programme
Fellowship programme for specialists in nuclear technologies.

The InteRussia fellowship, implemented with the support of Rosatom, is designed to provide participants with an introduction to major Russian nuclear technologies and their applications across various sectors, such as energy production, medicine, and agriculture. In addition to technological insights, the program covers essential economic factors related to nuclear power utilization, along with strategic planning for nuclear energy development. Since the program is held in the "Train-the-Trainers" format, participants will also get acquainted with a methodology for creating nucleartechnology training programs for universities. Participants will also gain hands-on experience through technical tours to leading enterprises within Russia’s nuclear energy sector, complemented by interactive sessions with industry professionals who have extensive expertise in these areas.
