Fellowship results
The current state of international politics makes it relevant to analyze the world and Russian energy market. The participants will be able to analyze global energy trends, consider regional models of cooperation and interstate competition on this track. The fellowship programme features lectures and case studies, group work, meetings with external experts and visits to energy infrastructure facilities.

About programme
Fellowship programme for specialists in energy sector from countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Lectures and seminars will be complemented by visits to government agencies, industrial enterprises and major energy infrastructure facilities, which will make an important part of the programme. These include the Russian Ministry of Energy, the Department of Transport of the Moscow Government, facilities of PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC Rosseti, PJSC Transneft, Severnaya compressor plant, PJSC Gazprom, and Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation.

About programme
The InteRussia program offers young non-Russian specialists in the oil and gas industry the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and learn about Russian approaches to the fuel and energy sector. Participants will visit government institutions and industrial enterprises, meet with leading experts and executives from oil and gas companies, as well as relevant ministries and agencies, and exchange experiences with colleagues from around the world.

The InteRussia fellows will take part in the International Forum Oil and Gas — 2025, which features an educational program in the format of a hackathon covering four areas: Global Technological Leadership in Oil and Gas Production; Global Technological Leadership in Oil Refining and Petrochemistry; Industrial Biotechnology, Composite and Biodegradable Materials; Digital Technologies in the Oil and Gas Sector. The best proposals and project ideas from the teams will receive support for further implementation.

The InteRussia program offers energy specialists from ASEAN countries an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and gain new practical experience in issues related to the fuel and energy sector, nuclear power, and renewable energy sources. Participants will also visit government agencies, industrial enterprises and major energy infrastructure facilities. These include the Russian Ministry of Energy, the Department of Transport of the Moscow Government, facilities of PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC Rosseti, PJSC Transneft, Severnaya compressor plant, PJSC Gazprom, and Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation.

About programme

The InteRussia fellowship, implemented with the support of Rosatom, is designed to provide participants with an introduction to major Russian nuclear technologies and their applications across various sectors, such as energy production, medicine, and agriculture. In addition to technological insights, the program covers essential economic factors related to nuclear power utilization, along with strategic planning for nuclear energy development. Participants will also gain hands-on experience through technical tours to leading enterprises within Russia's atomic energy sector, complemented by interactive sessions with industry professionals who have extensive expertise in these areas.
