The main part of the fellowship program took place at Sputnik, where participants learned about editorial processes and the specifics of preparing materials for different audiences, as well as the requirements for efficiency and accuracy in the face of dynamic information flows. Journalists from South Asian countries also visited the offices of TV BRICS and RT, where they learned about producing and adapting content for foreign audiences, including the stages of preparing broadcast materials.

An important part of the program included meetings with official representatives of the foreign policy and media communities. Speakers included Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova and Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko. During the open dialogue, the role of professional journalism in the context of digital transformation and the impact of new technologies on modern media were discussed. The cultural program included a sightseeing tour, during which participants explored Moscow's main landmarks, and a performance of "The Sleeping Beauty" at the Kremlin theatre.

The participants also visited the Sber office, where they learned about the operations of one of Russia's largest banks and its approaches to developing digital financial services.

The InteRussia Fellowship for Journalists from South Asia is implemented by Mezhdunarodniki Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation in cooperation with the Gorchakov Fund and the Sputnik International News Agency and Radio as part of SputnikPro program with grant support from the Presidential Grants Foundation.
