Increasing the number of contacts to be shared among representatives of Russia and foreign countries, publication of materials and stories on Russian and foreign web resources
Fellowship results
Social cooperation and dialogue both in research and expert fields, as well as in journalism and media management are of particular relevance given the current international political situation. The exchange of experience between specialists from different countries as well as the expansion of contacts contribute to trust in international relations, and this increases the opportunities for cooperation in various fields such as economics and politics.

About programme
Fellowship for journalists from the Middle East countries

RT Arabic is the partner of this programme for journalists from the Middle East countries. This was decided given the Russia Today TV channel’s experience and leading position in the Middle East.

The programme is an opportunity for non-Russian reporters to work with leading specialists from RT Arabic. It specializes primarily in working with television journalists, as well as foreign journalists who produce television and video reports from different parts of the world. In addition, the fellowship participants will have an opportunity to visit and work at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum 2024 (SPIEF)to be held this year from June 5 to 8.

The fellowship programme for non-Russian journalists is an opportunity for foreign reporters to work with top specialists of the International Information Agency and Sputnik Radio, visit leading socio-political venues, and meet current present incumbents and experts.

The BRICS as the main topic for the 2024 fellowship was chosen in connection with Russia’s Chairmanship of the association and the upcoming BRICS Summit in Kazan to be opened for the participants' visit.
