About programme
The fellowship programme for foreign experts in Russian studies is geared for young specialists who are engaged in both traditional Russian studies, including methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language, ongoing processes in modern Russian, the phenomenon of classic literature, language policy and international education and new avenues for research such as the language of media in the digital age and psycholinguistic studies of tactile communication.

No academic or employment affiliation with Russian educational institutions or employers at the time of application (candidates must not be enrolled in Russian educational institutions or employed by Russian organizations)
Proficiency in the Russian language (a minimum of B2 level)

The selection process is of competitive nature and based on professional experience of a candidate. It implies procedures that are participatory (the online interview) and those in absence of a candidate.
