On May 24, the "Atom" pavilion at VDNH hosted the grand opening of the "Science and Technology" block of Rossotrudnichestvo's "New Generation" program, within the framework of which participants of the InteRussia fellowship on engineering arrived in Russia.
Among the speakers were: Dmitry Polikanov, Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo; Bashar Jaafari, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Syrian Arab Republic to the Russian Federation; Yousef Luay, Head of the Russian-Syrian Business Council; Alexander Rogozhin, Director for Personnel Management and Organizational Development of the Wind Energy Division of Rosatom State Corporation; Victoria Karslieva, Deputy Executive Director of the Gorchakov Fund; and Evgeny Pavlovsky, Head of the Laboratory of Streaming Data Analytics and Machine Learning at Novosibirsk State University.
After the opening, two master classes were held for the participants on the use of neural networks and clean energy. Then, they were given a tour of the "Atom" pavilion exhibition as well as the "Russia" exhibition.
