The Gorchakov Fund together with the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) and the ANO "Mezhdunarodniki" are launching the call for applications to join fellowship programmes on agrobiotechnologies and wireless technologies for young non-Russian experts in STEM. The project is conducted with grant support from the Presidential Grants Fund.

- non-Russian citizenship
- place of residence outside Russia
- proficiency in English (B2 level and above);
- students at their final years of Bachelor’s and Master's degree programmes that fit the fellowship’s area of study.
Applicants for the fellowship programme will be selected on a competitive basis. The selection criteria include:
- good academic performance;
- other research and expert activities of an applicant (participation in conferences, grant receipts, research fellowships, expert publications, media comments, etc.);
- results of the (online) interview

Terms of participation
The organisers provide:
- travel from a city of residence to Moscow and back
- double accommodation
- visa support
- medical insurance
- scholarship for the duration of the fellowship in the amount of 30,000 rubles.
The participants pay for:
- meals during their fellowship;
- PCR test (provided necessary and depending on the requirements at the time of arrival and stay)
