On June 7, the closing ceremony of the InteRussia internship program for journalists from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) was held in St. Petersburg.
Over the course of a month, program participants studied methods of creating and promoting news content, as well as the specifics of modern media operations. The program included both theoretical sessions and practical work.
Key highlights of the internship:
Throughout the internship, an RT team filmed the participants' activities to create a documentary about the program.
The program not only enhanced the professional skills of the participants but also fostered international cooperation and cultural exchange in the field of journalism. It provided an opportunity for journalists from MENA countries to work alongside highly qualified professionals and gain experience in the Russian media landscape.

The InteRussia journalism program is implemented by ANO "Mezhdunarodniky" in collaboration with the Gorchakov Fund and RT Arabic, with grant support from the Presidential Grants Fund.

- A lecture by Vasily Kuznetsov, Deputy Director for Science at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences
- Meetings with Maxim Suchkov, Head of the Institute for International Studies at MGIMO University, and Dmitry Polikanov, Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo
- Training sessions at Russia Today
- Visits to Skoltech and the Ostankino TV Tower
- Excursions in Moscow and St. Petersburg
