“The InteRussia fellowship program is an excellent opportunity for foreign specialists to learn about the activities of leading Russian organizations in various fields, gain experience working with Russian experts, establish cross-cultural communication, make new friends, and gain support in their professional activities.”
Lyana Dymova, Academic Programmes Coordinator at the Gorchakov Fund, also addressed the participants. She emphasized that the fellowship program for foreign journalists is organised for the fifth consecutive year now and that an active international professional community has formed during this time:
“Journalism is not just a profession, but one of the key tools for shaping public opinion. We are pleased that the fellowship program has become an effective platform for engaging with journalists from different countries and regions. It allows us to convey our perspective on contemporary global and regional processes to an international audience, while also giving participants the opportunity to exchange experiences and broaden their professional horizons.”
Over the course of a month, participants will take part in a series of workshops and training sessions with industry experts, meet with government officials, representatives of leading Russian companies and think tanks, and learn about Russian history and culture.
