The Gorchakov Fund, Rossotrudnichestvo and the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute are opening the application process for the InteRussia research fellowship programme for foreign Russian speakers.
The participants will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the most significant and promising achievements of Russian scientists in the field of philology, to engage in expert sessions at universities, think tanks, and community-based organisations, as well as to work under the guidance of scientific advisors, who will be the leading academic staff of the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
The fellowship program will take place from 22 May to 19 June, 2023.
Location: Moscow, Russia.

Last day for applications: 16 April, 23:59 MSK (GMT+3).
After the remote selection, the successful candidates will be invited to attend an online interview. The results of the selection will be announced on 28 April. All the candidates will be informed about the results via email.
The outcome of the fellowship will be a research article co-authored with the coordinator of a scientific field and accepted for review by a highly ranked scientific journal publisher. A fellow is to submit a draft research article to the coordinator three days prior to the end of the programme.

- ongoing processes in modern Russian language;

During the fellowship its participants:
- receive training according to the programme developed in compliance with the chosen field of study;
- write research articles under the stewardship of the leading specialists of the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
- take part in scholarly discussions;
- speak at the sections of the International Kostomarov Forum;
- attend events of the cultural educational and business programmes.

- foreign nationality;
- place of residence outside of Russia.

Terms of participation:
The organisers provide:
- travel from an applicant’s place of residence to Moscow and back;
- double room in a hotel;
- visa-related support;
- scholarship for the duration of the fellowship in the amount of 30,000 rubles.
The participants pay for:
- meals during their fellowship;
- a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test (if necessary);
- health insurance.
